I have lived in the Fullerton area for over 18 years and my husband and I have never been happier raising a family in Fullerton where both my children, Warren and Celine were born.

I established my Escrow Career in 2002 working for a small independent escrow company in Cerritos and have been in the Escrow industry for over 16 years. During those years, I have handled various types of real estate transactions from simple to complex.

My commitment to excellence and dedication to the escrow industry has been critically acclaimed and rewarded by a constant flow of business from devoted clients and referrals. My fluency of the Korean language has assisted many clients in streamlining the escrow process. I have a true passion for Escrow and real estate, and I love what I do! My expertise include Residential and Commercial resales, Refinances, Short Sales, REO, and Probate Sales.

When I am not busy helping clients attain their real estate goals, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, exploring new restaurants to eat at, and spending time with my wonderful husband and two lovely kids.

I began my career in the escrow industry in 2021 and have developed valuable experience assisting with a variety of real estate transactions. As a Junior Escrow Officer, I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strong attention to detail, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient closing process for all parties involved.

Being fluent in both Korean and English allows me to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and help create a seamless escrow experience. I take pride in my strong work ethic, organization, and commitment to supporting successful transactions.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two children and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness. I am passionate about helping clients navigate their real estate journey and look forward to being a trusted resource throughout the escrow process.

As an Escrow Assistant, I am dedicated to helping clients feel supported and informed throughout one of life’s most important transactions. Prior to entering the escrow industry, I built a diverse background in education, event coordination, operations management, and customer service, which strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and provide attentive, personalized service.

My experience in these fields taught me how to anticipate needs, manage complex details, and create positive experiences for people from all walks of life. Today, I bring those skills to every transaction, striving to make each client feel welcomed, cared for, and confident throughout the escrow process.

Beyond my role in escrow, I enjoy traveling and creating memories around the world, spending time with friends and family, and exploring local cafés, restaurants, and other hidden gems in the community.
